Few Good Habits That Worked for Many & Me


Hey guys, I'm sharing some habits that have made a significant difference for me. I’m not claiming to be an expert, but I’ve noticed improvements by adopting these habits. While I still enjoy drinking, smoking, partying, playing, and spending time on Instagram, I’ve developed a well-defined schedule that helps me manage everything better.

These habits are interconnected, and by following them, I’ve found that everything is under control. Despite my various activities, I’ve managed to create time for everything and maintain a balanced life. I’m content with what I have, and nothing excites or discourages me too much. Overall, it has been a smooth journey.


**Wake Up Early in the Morning**

Many successful people find it beneficial to wake up early. It allows you to start your day without rushing, plan effectively, and remain calm. Early rising also helps you sleep better at night, as your body will naturally seek rest after a productive day. I believe waking up early is one of the best habits you can adopt.

**Make Time to Read for Just 10 Minutes a Day**

You can read anything—a magazine, a blog, a book—whatever interests you. Starting with just 10 minutes of reading a day can gradually increase your reading pace. Over time, you’ll finish books more quickly, and this habit will become a part of your routine. Reading regularly can improve communication skills, knowledge, and vocabulary. Even if it’s tough at first, finding just 10 minutes in your day is doable. If you can’t find 10 minutes, then you’re incredibly busy. Make it a priority!

**Exercise: Run, Jog, and Play**

Incorporate physical activity into your routine. As you age, maintaining an active lifestyle becomes increasingly important. While you may not achieve dramatic weight loss or a six-pack from small activities, they will keep your body flexible and maintain your energy levels. I always make time to exercise, and it really helps me stay healthy and energetic.

**Keep an Eye on What You’re Eating**

I’m not suggesting you should avoid sugar or non-vegetarian food altogether. Enjoy all the cuisines and treats you like, but be mindful of what you’re consuming. For example, I eat ice cream, non-veg, and sugar, but I stay aware of how these choices affect my body. It’s important to monitor your diet to prevent future health issues.

Our bodies need water to function properly, just as the Earth is covered by water. Drinking 3 to 4 liters of water daily is essential. I make it a habit to carry a water bottle with me, even to meetings, and aim to finish it by the end. This habit has greatly benefited my health, improving digestion and reducing constipation. Staying hydrated helps prevent energy loss, dizziness, and fatigue. Water is crucial for overall well-being.

**Traveling Is a Valuable Habit**

Traveling offers numerous benefits and should be a regular part of life. While planning trips can be challenging, the rewards are worth it. Explore new places, whether big or small, and enjoy nature with loved ones. Traveling allows you to learn, grow, and experience diverse cultures. I used to plan two weeks of vacation every 90 days and try to travel even more frequently. Schedule your holidays and make time to explore, even with budget constraints.

**Don’t Forget to Enjoy Life**

People often criticize others likes as a waste of time, but everyone has different opinions. Life has its ups and downs, and it’s important to explore and follow your path. Don’t let things that bother you affect your mental well-being. Stay organized, practice self-discipline, and view failure as a part of success. Keep a positive attitude, as it will lead to a more fulfilling life.

**Cleaning Is an Essential Habit**

Cleaning goes beyond tidying up your home; it’s about removing unnecessary or unused items. Regularly declutter your space, including your email inbox and storage areas. Cleaning and organizing can create a more efficient environment and make room for new things. Don’t hold onto items you no longer need—donate, sell, or dispose of them. A clean space promotes a more pleasant and productive life.

**One Final Point**

Avoid judging others or focusing on their faults. When you point out mistakes, be prepared for potential backlash. Judgment can lead to misunderstandings and damage relationships. Everyone has their own perspective and experiences, and not every opinion or criticism is helpful. Focus on constructive feedback and ignore what isn’t useful. Be kind and respectful, as the way you treat others often reflects back on you.
